To Everyone Who Reads WS (meaning just Tara and Lalynn):

Once again, I'm on hiatus. There are currenty sixty-four chapters written and edited. Twenty-one have been released. However, I have discovered that since the story was written so far apart, my writing style has changed. So I'm going to be retracting my old stuff and rewriting them. Hopefully, they'll sound better.

I will not be removing the twenty-one chapters I've already posted and I'm thinking about releasing a few more but we'll have to see.

A Spot of Fun

Okay, so as a grand thank you to everyone who follows the Wounded Strings series, I'd like to give this.

Getting it over with.^^

Hmm...no, it shouldn't sound as tiring as that. I love writing. I'm just currently hating what I write.XD

Well..just to get this segment of the story over and end the homophobic problem.^^

Here's something to chew on:
1) Rob has a girlfriend, TAVI.
2) John is in love with said TAVI.
3) ED is infatuated with Elle, his neighbor.
4) Otto has got a girlfriend but I'm not telling you about her until MUCH later.^^

Well...I'm not back, not really. Though I will be posting WS chapters erratically just so that I won't disappoint Lalynn...haha.

Anyone with critiques and criticisms, please correct me. This was written some time ago, I'm particularly embarrassed by my style of writing. Eek. It's so me from before. My style has changed now (Chapter 51 is so different) and hopefully for the better.

Okay. Here are two fresh chapters just out from the edit room.

These two chapters are dedicated to Lalynn, beloved cousin and loyal reader.

Obviously, Chapter 15 is taken from a line in Mandy Moore's Someday We'll Know. You'll understand. It's actually one of my favorite chapters. I love Petunia. She's da bomb.

Chapter 16, I think that's a Rihanna song, We Ride. This...a little snippet again. We're just taking little baby steps, slowly unraveling the intricacies of heterosexual male bonding. And we read about a small conquest of Rob's. This is mildly interesting.

Oh, and Lalynn might see a familiar name somewhere in the story.:)

Chapter 14 - No Drama

Okay. So Wounded Strings has been on hiatus for the longest time. And I HAVE prepared several chapters before I actually needed to pause my writing. But I just...I don't know...I know I have a duty to my readers...but I just didn't feel like it. A rant will be coming up soon bout "How No Really Means A Definite Maybe"...look out for that.

And...this is Chapter 14...hope you enjoy it. It's just a snippet, however, so it's a little hanging. Bear with me!

Chapter 13 - Come Fly With Me

You might be surprised how this jumps a bit. Well...I'm sorry but that's just how this story works for now. Maybe there'll be a supplemental chapter to fill up the blank but not right now. Right now, the story's dragging and it's time to tell it to get a move on.

My personal problems with this chapter: (1) The chapter title's extremely gay-sounding; (2) Rob seems even more gay in this chapter, I can't help it, I'm a woman with womanly writing styles; (3) A new character will seem gay besides Otto and Rob; (4) Rob just seems plain weird in this chapter, I can't seem to get the right words into/ out of his mouth.

Criticisms highly appreciated for once. Lalynn! I'm counting on you!!! Haha.
Tara!! My number one critic, where are you???:(

Chapter 12 - Angels Brought Me Here

So we pull away from Rob & Otto, who have been center-focus until now, and get a little history lesson about good ol' Brightdell. Brightdell exists, just so you know, only in my head. haha.

This chapter, we meet the parents. And the focus shifts a little bit to establish a little fact that will be important later. So read it well. Haha.
