Before the Year Ends

I have exactly a week before it's my birthday, which means that there are only 85 days left in the year. I have so many things to do and I've seriously been reconsidering renewing my paid subscription because I don't use my LJ as often as I should anymore. Thus, I have officially two weeks to decide whether I want to keep it or not since I bought it as a belated birthday present to myself last year. Added to that the fact that I am dirt poor. :|

Nevertheless, it is time to make my list of things to accomplish before the year is over!

TEN THINGS I'D LIKE TO ACCOMPLISH BEFORE 01-01-2010

1) Read at least four more new books.
2) Actually start posting on the Alpha Omega Mu blog.
3) Have at least $500 in my bank account by year-end (after rent is paid for January).
4) Get out of SoCal.
5) Get at least 7 hours of sleep for an entire week.
6) Wear at least one of my pairs of stilettos somewhere.
7) Go through my room, clean it and PART with unnecessary debris.
8) Volunteer at least one more time at the OC Rescue Mission.
9) Put myself through water therapy for a week. Eat only vegetables for a week.
10) Kiss.

Rahm Emanuel will cut a bitch.

He is my new political idol. Furrealz. Move over Dick Cheney, Rahm-bo's got my attention now.

(lame.)

In other other news, however, I would like to inform my entire F-list and more that I am still alive. I know I haven't been around lately and several of you have informed me that you thought I had disappeared off the face of the Earth. No, still here (you're not getting off that easily). I am settled into my new room and my new apartment and, so far, I haven't killed Oliver so we're looking at smooth sailing for a while at least.

I have stories to tell you from four successive party nights to my first day at work to Relay for Life tomorrow but those will have to wait for a while as I have dishes in the sink to do, a room to clean up, a closet to re-re-organize, a bathroom to clean, a kitchen to scrub down, lettuce to prep for tomorrow, vacuuming, laundry, remembrance ribbons, living room to clean and more!

So....see you in a bit, F-list. Just letting you all know I'm alive and happy and that y'all need to donate to Relay for Life before I start yelling. YES, I'm looking at you working people AND all you people in Europe where the currency conversion is on your side. FIVE DOLLARS IS ALL I'M ASKING. REALLY. FIVE DOLLARS.

click here or suffer my wrath and disdain.
Donate button? Click it.

Writer's Block: Nature Gone Wild

Kangaroos can't walk backwards. Female hyenas have penises. Let's face it, nature is weird. What's the strangest thing you know about the animal kingdom?

Submitted By kaley_93

View 500 Answers

The male anglerfish latches on to a female near her stomach area. He fuses his mouth to her body and proceeds to atrophy into a pair of gonads. During ovulating season, the gonads ejects sperm into the female. To stay alive, the male anglerfish feeds off what the female eats. Gives a whole new meaning to the word leech.

Also, flatworms engage in penis-fencing. Since flatworms are hermaphrodites, come mating season, they engage in a battle and the first to get pierced is actually turned into the female for the season. Battle of the sexes, anyone?

And so we tried to pass the time...

This isn't a meme but it could become one.
My friend encouraged me to try a couple of writing exercises last night. Note that this was at around 2 in the morning and my brain was sort of malfunctioning. Anyway, the writing exercise started out like this:
Choose ten people, preferably those who have impacted your life, and list them in no particular order.

So I chose the following people because I was sleepy and couldn't think any faster:
1) Annie (my mom)
2) Nathaniel (my uncle)
3) Gene (me daddy)
4) Jan Paule (me best friend)
5) Tara (me other best friend)
6) Dylan
7) Serge
8) Kevin
9) Benito (my school principal XD)
10) Christian (my mentor)

Then came this rule:
Now, write titles for them - such as those that may be placed below their name on a calling card. The catch is that the title must either (a) contain the exact same number of words as their number order OR (b) twice the number of syllables. For example, the person you placed in number one must have ONLY one word or ONLY two syllables in their title. Good luck.

And so, instead of going to sleep like I should have, I spent two hours trying to cram a bunch of words onto paper. The results range from the mundane to the hilarious. Oh yeah, one more thing: Each title must contain at least the same number of letters in your chosen person's full name. This means that the title of the person in slot 1 must contain at least 1 letter of that person's name. The title of the person in slot 2 must contain at least 2 letters of his/her name and so on. Repeating letters will not count such as in John Doe Smith, 'o' will only count once. Note: Contractions will count as two words.

Lastly, they must at least hold a little truth in them.

Oh yeah, I was in for a world full of hurt.

1) GENIUS
2) WORLD'S BEST UNCLE
3) A NEGLIGENT FATHER (sorry, I was sleepy)
4) PART-TIME BOOTYLICIOUS MALE MODEL (originally SEXIEST BEST FRIEND EVER but I lacked letters)
5) BEST BESTFRIEND IN THE WORLD
6) JUDE LAW'S 'THE ISLAND' EYE CLONE
7) TALL, DARK AND SEXY BEST DAD AWARDEE
8) ARABIAN AUSTRALIAN INDIAN FILIPINO SWEDISH SWISS LOVE MACHINE
9) BEST PRINCIPAL OF THE AMAZING MARIA MONTESSORI INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL
10) JACKIE'S FORMER MENTOR NOW IN MARYLAND, WHICH IS IN AMERICA

So that's it.
Here's another meme. This time it's from my bispwin chocoholic_0721 . The basic idea is that if you comment on this journal entry, I'll give you a letter and you name ten things that you love that start with the given letter. Tara gave me the letter...drum roll please...

   J

Jesus Christ - On the very, very top of my list is my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I respect all religious views but I've accepted Jesus as my personal Lord. Is there a reason not to love him?

Jacqueline - Next on my list is my own name for the mere fact that it's my name. It's a pretty name and I've always loved it. I was named after Jacqueline Kennedy-Onassis, a strong and beautiful woman.

Johnny Depp - Come on. He's been a crazy maniac with scissors for hands/fingers. He's been a skeptical doctor who meets the Headless Horseman. He's been a psychotic writer who ends up using his wife as corn fertilizer. He's been a happy man with a pale face who owns a chocolate factory. He's been JACK SPARROW. Of course he belongs on this list!

Jack Sparrow - Okay, so he and Johnny Depp are still the same person. Jack Sparrow deserves a special mention because he is the third sexiest male pirate I can think of a this moment. (The first and second being Christian de Luca and Giuseppe, respectively.)

Jewels and Jewelry - Diamonds are a girl's best friend? I love jewelry. I have a particular addiction to earrings and diamonds. I also like the occasional rhinestone-encrusted shirt/dress/pair of shoes.

Justforkix - Anyone who's a fan of the Asterix series and has played the self-adventure book will know Justforkix. He's a stupid blond boy but he's got his heart in the right place. And I'm running out of J words without having to turn to putting "Justice" down. Besides, he screams "these Norsemen must be crazy!" in the middle of a hostage situation and has dreams of singing at Woadstock (spelled that way).

Journalism - I've been a journalist of sorts for seven years running. I'm in love with hard-hitting news and spicy editorials. I don't really care if I'm editor-in-chief, the photojournalist or even one of the newswriters. The newsroom excites me. I love it.

Jane Austen - It can't be denied I love this woman and I love her work. And most of all, I am madly in love with Fitzwilliam Darcy. He's still and always will be my ideal man. *sigh*

Juice - I like juice. :D

Jan - A lot of the boys I love had the first name Jan. Starting, of course, with Jan Paule, my darling best friend who never asks for anything in return but just gives and gives. Then, my "first love" (lawl), Jan Dean. Then, my dear adoptive brother Jan Edward. Jed makes me want to squee. All the time.^^
...and then there's my other best friend Jan Tara.XD

Thus the list ends.

Hence, I commission you all to comment and ask for a letter (though you may comment and decline a letter, FINE). Haha. Happy Summer, everyone!

Getting Hooked On Manga

I've been getting back to my roots and re-acquainting myself with anime. Since my ex-favorite anime channel hasn't shown anime in six years and doesn't seem like it's about to start showing them again anytime soon, I've started with manga. So here's my manga list. Feel free to add suggestions for my to-read list by commenting! I would also love to hear your own reviews on any of these.^ ^

(I'll also be starting a book list for those who would like suggestions for this summer. Look out for that...)

THE LIST:
LEGEND:
G: - genre.
A: - author/artist
// - recommended by a friend
|| - i saw the anime version
{#} - total number of chapters, if applicable.
[#] - manga is still ongoing, number of available chapters
***** - for "finished" manga, my personal rating (1-5 stars, 5 being excellent - remember, these are according to my tastes and completely subjective)
(!#) - for "in progress" manga, meaning the Chapter-Page last read
?? - for recommended "on list" manga, meaning I have never heard of it and would like to know.

FINISHED:
(I'm done with these)
`1/3 No Kareshi **** G: romance, shoujo A: Ako Shimaki/Ako Shimaki
     Kogure Yuuya takes an embarassing picture of Fukada Rei. In exchange for not spreading it, Yuuya requests that she meet him again. Secrets are told but one is kept. It's the kept secret that might just alter everything for the two. {1 - one-shot}
Damn. This was sweet. It was incredibly touching. It made me giggle a lot and it was very entertaining. I had my suspicions the first time she saw him in his native environment (if you read it, you'll understand) but I didn't really know until it was revealed for sure. Sweeeeeet.~
I realize I'm a sucker for the "I've loved you for so long" types. Snape. Snape. Always. Wah!
Yuuya, of course. He's such a darling...and it doesn't hurt that he's goodlooking, haha. It's a one-shot so there's only one chapter...best line was Rei going "I've never had a boyfriend" and some random guy answering "I hope I don't end up like her". Wahaha. What do you mean, boy? That you'll never have a boyfriend?XD I have a weird sense of humor.

`Baby Pop ***** G: comedy, drama, josei A: Ogawa Yayoi/Ogawa Yayoi
     Nagisa is forced to live with her stepfather Ryunosuke after her mother dies in an accident. {11}
I really enjoyed this manga. As one who has never had a functional father-daughter relationship, I found this really sweet. Chapter 11 was a little out of place but it was a pretty decent ender for the series. I would've loved to see exactly what happened to them afterwards but I suppose the way she ended it was better than making a stupid ending like ZK (see below).
I am still against long-distance relationships.
Kyunosuke is made of win because of his innate goodness and shonen eyes, haha. I certainly recommend Chapter 10 - especially to romantics like me.

`Bloody Kiss **** G: fantasy, supernatural, romance, shoujo A: Furumiya Kazuko/Furumiya Kazuko
     Katsuragi Kiyo inherits a mansion from her late grandmother. Little does she know the mansion comes with a few...undead inhabitants. {6}
Everyone who knows me knows I have a vampire thing. It even says so on my FOB. In fact, that FOB comes from this manga. It was mildly entertaining, a little boring at some parts, I have to admit. Overall, a pretty decent read. I think I'm completely biased due to the vampire thing.^ ^
Kuroboshi may join the ranks of Lestat and Jean-Claude in my book.
Kuroboshi has got to be the love for sexy fingers. I would have to reread it to recommend a certain chapter. I suppose I recommend the entire series.

`Zettai Kareshi ** G: comedy, romance, sci-fi, shoujo A: Watase Yuu/Watase Yuu
     Riiko Izawa is sick of constant rejection from men so when she meets a guy who tricks her into ordering the perfect boyfriend, she takes the opportunity. It turns out that the peddler was selling "figures" (think Haley Joel Osment from A.I. except way hotter and more human) and one is delivered right to Riiko's doorstep. Together with Asamoto Soushi, Riiko and "Night" go through a crazy adventure involving more figures, forbidden love, powerful children and an alternate universe (reminds you of anything? *cough*<strike>fushigiyuugi</strike>*cough*) {33}
The basic storyline is fine though I wouldn't give it too high marks. Art is fine and clean. I personally don't like Riiko's character that much because she's one of those silly girls whose lives seem to revolve around having a boyfriend. I've had a boyfriend. It's nothing to rave about.=p (you know i love you, d)
It's an entertaining manga and I have to give Watase points for the plot twist in Chapter Seven. However, after a little thought best friend betrayals are stereotypical of her. I seriously think the stars began dropping in Chapter 29 when (spoiler alert) she chooses the figure over the human -- ew? -- then I rather resent Soushi for returning to her -- if you ask my opinion, I wouldn't return to the girl who rejected me and chose a robot over me. I fail to understand "love", I suppose.
Of the main characters, Soushi takes the cake but I have a particular love for Gaku Namikiri. But overall, my favorite character would have to be Asamoto Masaki (Soushi's younger brother) because he's the least angsty among all the characters. I recommend...Chapter 22 because up until that point, I still believed that Soushi had a brain. Then all goes downhill after that.:D And I just love leaving chapters (gasp. now you know someone's leaving).

IN PROGRESS:
(I'm still muddling through these)
~ [Bitter Virgin] ***.5 G: drama, mature, romance, seinen A: Kusunoki Kei/Kusunoki Kei
Not as suggestive as the title suggests. We rejoiced because we were finally out of the hands of the Spanish, who had terrorized us for so long. However, the joy was short-lived as we soon came to realize that colonial grip on our country had not ended – it had just changed hands.

After the autocratic Spanish left, the seemingly more diplomatic Americans came to change our way of life. It all began with the exile of our great war heroes, such as Apolinario Mabini and Tandang Sora. They also declared Dr. Jose Rizal as our national hero, choosing him over Andres Bonifacio and General Emilio Aguinaldo. The Americans clearly pushed for the intelligent and pro-peace illustrado over the revolutionary and the military general.

BEA’S TRANSFORMATION

[Setting: Anywhere, preferably house or street.]

ISAY: Ano ba ‘yang sinusuot mo?

BEA: Oh, that Maria Clara look is so out na.
Happy Valentine's Day!!!

In honor of today's festivities, I've decided to share with you the worst pick-up lines my ears have ever heard. These come in no particular order as they're all REALLY, REALLY horrific.
(If a line comes in pink, then the object of the pick-up line is to reply as thus)

1. Did it hurt?
     Did what hurt?
     When you fell from heaven.

2. Do you have a mirror in your pockets?
     What? Why?
'Cause I can see myself in them.

3. If I said you had a nice bod, would you hold it against me?

4. Hey baby, I'm like a Rubix Cube. The more you play with me, the harder I get.

5. I lost my teddy beart -- can I sleep with you instead?

6. I seem to have lost my phone number, can I have yours?

7. If your right leg is Thanksgiving and your left leg is Christmas, can I visit you in between holidays?

8. Do you believe in love at first sight or should I just walk by again?

9. "WHEEWOOWHEEWOO"
     What's that?
An ambulance. Coz baby, the sight of you just stopped my heart.

10. Is your daddy a terrorist? Coz you're the bomb.

11. You're like a switch; you turn me on.

12. Are you a speeding ticket? Coz you got fine written all over you.

13. Is your daddy a baker? Coz those are some nice buns.

14. You must be tired. Coz you've been running around in my mind all day.

15. Can't think of anything to do? Why don't you sit down on my lap and see what pops up?

16. Is there an airport around here? Coz my heart's taking off.

17. Screw me if I'm wrong, but haven't we met each other before?

18. I have a pretty good sense of direction but I keep getting lost in your eyes.

19. I'm a thief and I'm here to steal your heart [...sounds like a Lupin line to me...XD]

and the weirdest I've had in a while:

20. You must be a pokemon trainer; coz you've captured my heart.

Wahaha. Hope this put a smile (or a look of disgust) on your faces today. I love you all, Happy Valentine's Day.
Feel free to add your own by commenting!:D

(Valentine's Day is just another opportunity to pour lemon juice over the paper hearts of the unattached.
--I don't believe that for one second. There's so much love to give, not just to a lover.)

.:.it's not you -- maybe.:.

Quit worrying if it's you. Chances are, it's not.
1. List some things you want to say to 20 different people but you know you never will.
2. Don't say who they are.
3. Feel free to comment, but don't confirm or answer anything.

1.) I love you. Sometimes, I get so mad at you, my blood literally boils. Sometimes I think you're terribly unfair and that sometimes you never see my side. Sometimes you annoy to me no end and I feel like just telling you exactly what is on my mind but I never can. But somehow, through all this, I love you.
2.) I think that if we tried, we could've made it last. I think that if we put a little more effort into it, we could've made it work. Unfortunately, I was too immature and you weren't ready to put up with me just yet. I don't think we should ever give it another chance because we're just too different now and the moment has passed us by. I do want you to know that I did love you and that all the feelings were real. And I never, ever lied to you about loving you. Ever.
3.) You are a total hypocrite. I don't understand you at all. I thought you were my best friend but you went and stabbed me in the back. I think I can forgive you if that's what you want but I am not going to ask forgiveness from you. Yes, it may be the pride talking, but until you have the balls to stand in front of me and tell me to my face that I did something wrong and you explain exactly what that is, I WILL NOT APOLOGIZE because I didn't do anything to you. And if the rumors are true, I just want to tell you that you are so shallow, I am shocked I ever called you a friend.
4.) I miss you. I miss you so badly that I can't even stand in a room that smells like you. I miss you so much to the point that when I think of you, tears just suddenly well up in my eyes and I can't help it. You were so unfair to leave me like that. You were supposed to walk down the aisle with me but you left before you could. I miss you, I love you and I wish things went differently. But they didn't.
5.) You're a really good friend. But to tell you the truth, I don't think she and you will make a good couple. I just can't see it...I don't know. Maybe you two will be happy together if it ever happens but for now, I just can't see it. I'm sorry to say that but it's the truth. I will still support you 100% though. And I hope that you will forgive me for this.
6.) I used to have the biggest crush on you. I used to think you were extremely good-looking and very, very...what's the word...desirable? Perhaps. But now, I've got to tell you...though indeed, you are good-looking and wouldn't mind having your children (lol - no, I don't mean I want to bed you), I think you're just a good friend.
7.) You take advantage of me. You may think I don't notice but you do. You're good at manipulating people, yes. But if you think you're manipulating me, think again. I will never, ever, ever give you that satisfaction. If sometimes I play dumb, it's to feed your ego. Because I care for you. Also, you disappoint me with your so-called "ideals of love". Don't defend yourself or him, because whether or not you're telling the truth now, you've already lied to me.
8.) You're my best friend. I've always, always thought you were my best friend. And everytime you say otherwise or pretend that we're not that close, hurts me. It's like a dagger to the heart. I take it lightly and pretend you never said it. I know I've hurt you before. I know I've made a lot of mistakes. I know that throughout our friendship you've always, always been the better friend. But I really hope that you can give me another chance. I'm trying to change for you.
9.) If sometimes I seem extremely over-the-top, it's because I want to impress you. I know that sounds a little pathetic but it's because I look up to you. You are my mentor and I've learned so much from you. I don't really "like" it when you call me "princess" but it always makes me feel better and it makes me feel loved. When I don't get letters from you, I feel sad. I miss you. You take care.
10.) I'm sorry. Your boyfriend tried to leave you for me. I know that sounds like I'm bragging but I really want to apologize. Nothing happened, I promised I didn't let it once I knew you were involved. I wish I could be open with you about it because everytime we talk, it's like a weight at the back of my mind. I know that it would be better if I never say anything and that's why I choose not to. I just wish I could tell you because I feel that you should know exactly what he did behind your back. But I just can't because you seem so in love.
11.) I really hate you right now. I mean, I can't believe you didn't ask me to come. You chose her instead. Her. Just because she won that award? Cripes, you guys really don't deserve the loyalty I give to you. So I'm seriously retracting my extreme fidelity to your fine institution. I will help, I will visit...but I am tired of defeding your honor when you don't even give me enough credit. And yes, I'm still steaming about your messed-up definition of a good journalist.
12.) You ruined my life. You manipulative b*tch. I can't believe how you played the cards I gave you. I respected you enough to risk my reputation for you. But you didn't even know how to return the respect I gave you. You used me. Openly, blatantly. But you know what the worst part is? First, you drag my friends into it. Then you pretend to defend her in front of the entire assembly after the damage was already dealt by your own hand. Then, to save her, you pointed your grimy finger at me. THAT'S where you lost my respect. You are a pathetic excuse for a peacemaker. Oh, and your attempts at fixing things? It just made matters worse.
13.) I think you're a great friend and I take you for granted. I want you to know that I probably wouldn't have survived Freshman year without you. I could never tell you this face-to-face (or in real life) but yes, you are far more important to me than her. Yes, she and I match on an intellectual level but you are my support. It's you I lean on. Everytime you leave me, I feel a little lost. You help boost my confidence. I'm really thankful to you for that.
14.) You're another person I couldn't have survived Freshman year without. Maybe not the same Freshman year but...yeah. You are so important to me, I can't even explain it. I know I have a temper, I promise I'm working on it. I thank you that we are still close even through all the hard times we went through. I do love you, bro. And thanks for being on my side.
15.) No, I haven't forgiven you yet. When I talk to you, I am not being plastic. I like you, I just haven't forgiven you. If that doesn't make any sense to you, then you don't know me at all. And that's just sad.
16.) I hate the fact that you didn't fight for me. That you didn't fight for us. I can't believe how apathetic you were. It's partially because of you that I miss him so much. It's because everything lacking in you, I found in him. So when I lost him, it was doubly difficult because you were extremely wanting. Though don't get me wrong, you still have my respect. And I like you. I just find you mildly incompetent.
17.) You disappointed me. Maybe I have no right to tell you that, but you disappointed me. I was surprised at how easily you could disregard love for money. Then again, you've never been the idealist. Always the harsh realist, you often gave me a dose of your bitter cynicism once in a while. However, I heartily wish you all the best (no, I'm not being sarcastic).
18.) I love you. You're imperfect in almost any way imaginable but I love you. I love you because you put up with me even when you don't really understand me. She dismisses me when I'm being difficult but you never do. I thank you for that. And that's beyond being relatives.
19.) I've had a crush on you for the longest time. I know you'll never see me the way I see you because you saw me grow up and you'll probably always think of me as your little sister. But I just want you to know that I've always really admired you. Sometimes your irrational decisions throw me off but over-all, I think you're a great person. I wish we could have been closer but I guess I'm just too juvenile for you. Maybe one day. But not right now.
20.) You and I...we could've have worked if I put my mind to it. Unfortunately, I didn't really want to. We're different you and I...and I've fully convinced myself that you and I don't belong to each other. You want to know the truth? I pushed you away to see if you were sincere. If you had just left her and come back to me with a clean slate and a fresh start, we would have had a chance. But you never did. You just seemed like one of those guys who never leave their present girlfriends until they're sure they have another one to replace the old one. I hate guys like that. Then again, maybe you did love her and find it that hard to leave her. If the second is true, it affirms my convictions even more. Stay with her. Let her have your babies. I don't want them. Seriously. Our genes will make for some ugly babies.

I TAG:

chocoholic_0721
aisha_addict
chartre
Why?

To Everyone Who Reads WS (meaning just Tara and Lalynn):

Once again, I'm on hiatus. There are currenty sixty-four chapters written and edited. Twenty-one have been released. However, I have discovered that since the story was written so far apart, my writing style has changed. So I'm going to be retracting my old stuff and rewriting them. Hopefully, they'll sound better.

I will not be removing the twenty-one chapters I've already posted and I'm thinking about releasing a few more but we'll have to see.

<3,
Jackie
(If I ever release properly, by Chapter 64, you'll have fallen head over heels for a certain geeky character, Tar.XD)

Each player starts with eight random facts/habits about themselves.
People who are tagged need to write in their own blog about their eight things and post these rules.
At the end of your blog, you need to choose eight people to get tagged and list their names.

1. I tend to call people "darling", "sugar" and "honey". It doesn't really mean anything. I just do.
2. I have a problem dealing with long-term boy-girl commitments. I can't imagine being stuck with the same guy for a year at this point in my life.
3. I STILL can't get into R-18 movies. Ayala sux.
4. I swear a lot less now that I'm in U.P. Mildly shocking.
5. Bad boys are silly. Good boys are boring. So...what now? No, I'm not going gay.
6. People tell me I'm a... "bayot nga tomboy" which is really confusing and doesn't make any sense no matter how you think about it (GAY TOMBOY).
7. I have over 5 pink shirts.
8. My left foot is bigger than my right. My left hand is bigger than my right as well.

TAGGED (only because they're the only people I know on LJ):
A-che Laurianne
Chartre (why don't I know her real name yet?)
Dre
De-che Kaye
Kimimay Apo
Lalynn

A Spot of Fun

Okay, so as a grand thank you to everyone who follows the Wounded Strings series, I'd like to give this.

CLICK ME. CLICK ME. CLICK ME.

It's a quizilla quiz. Unfortunately, it's only males for now since I tried making the girls' but...I realized that I haven't posted that far yet so too many spoilers are involved. Anyway, since the avid readers are all girls, then please just pretend to switch everything around so that it can work for girls, haha. I love you guys. Take care.

Chapters 22-25 are on the editing block, they should be out soon. And once you get your results, POST THEM here. I'd love to know who you got. I tried taking the test. I got ROB.XD

Writer's Block: Warning: VOLATILE

If you came with a warning label, what would it say?

View 501 Answers

Okay, so I was terribly bored. If I came with a warning label...it would be...
WARNING: VOLATILE
   or
WARNING: RESULTS MAY VARY
because I'm pretty unpredictable. And you can never really guess what's going to tick me off. So...yeah.

ANYWAY, I'm in Manila for three days (20 to the 23rd) then it's off to Bohol. @ Lalynn: Nyaha. I'm in MANILA. Haha, I know I'm mean. Sorry. Love you cuz. Please do get the Advent Calendar items, I just like having the collection even if they are pretty useless. And don't mind the snowballs. I'm waiting for someone to get them. In case a girl named espenasdawn tries to trade them off for jelly or a bagguss or something useless, give them to her. IF and ONLY IF it's espenasdawn. Please and thank you, ILU.

On the 23rd, I'll be on my way to Bohol. Yes, fantastic bohol. I love it there. I like the lack of pollution and the lack of traffic. And the peace and solitude is good for my stressed self.

Anyway, I'm on a borrowed computer so I'll just stop here. Luff yah guys, drop me a line. I'm still a little sick from the airplane ride. The downward drop gave me a bad headache.

Ravenclaw

Yes, you're looking at the newest member of lumos_sorting. And she has just been sorted into Ravenclaw. Yes. Here are the final tallies:

RAVENCLAW - 20 (because I am curious, creative and lack moral rigidity)
GRYFFINDOR - 9 (because I am like Hermione and not Luna...yes, tis true)
HUFFLEPUFF - 1 (because...indeed the application was a tad Puffy)
SLYTHERIN - 1 (because I approve of using the Avada Kedavra...XD)

So...I'm off to go vote on the newest application. Toodles!!^-^

meme love...again

Okay...so I was browsing LJ quite randomly for the first time ever...and I found these mildly interesting Harry Potter-related tests that dared everyone who came across them to try them out. So...here we go.

Find out your Harry Potter personality at LiquidGeneration!

Took it twice because I felt I lied a little on the first one...oops. Second one came out with a WEIRDER result than the first, so I was certain that the first made more sense. Tell me, what do YOU think?

What Is Your HP Threesome?

Name

You Will Shag

Sirius Black and Draco Malfoy

Personally, the age difference is disconcerting.
...no claw? (edited once)

Okay...I did not expect a Slytherclaw...coz I'm evil in real life but my application didn't have too much goth feelings in it...but maybe they'd read a little evilness or my love for Potions as Slytherin...but...not ONE Slytherin vote. Which is okay, I didn't really want to be in Slytherin either.

But...people are telling me that they're confused between putting me in Puff or Claw. Which is weird. I never thought I was Puffy but...okay, I don't mind. However, they usually see more Claw than Puff so they normally end up voting Ravenclaw, which makes me really happy as I WANT to be in Ravenclaw...

BUT BUT BUT!!! IT GETS WEIRDER!!!

Do you realize that I'M NOT A GRYFFINDOR? I mean I don't think I'd make a good Gryffindor as I'd prolly have kicked Harry's ass had we gone to school together? I mean he's insolent, he's obnoxious, he's just as conceited as his father!! Also, I'm not in the habit of saving lives! However....DO YOU KNOW THAT ITS A TIGHT-ish RACE BETWEEN RAVENCLAW AND GRYFFINDOR AT THE MOMENT????? It's frightening, it's creepy. It's weird.

Honestly, I wouldn't mind being put in Gryffindor. Because I do respect the values that Gryffindor stands for. Loyalty and courage...yes. But...I wanna be a Ravenclaw!!!

....wah.^^

I'm a Gryffinclaw. Wut?

EDIT: 120507:
My first Puff vote...from the prefect of Ravenclaw. What does that say to you?? What does that say??
*hyperventilates*

SATs and SICKness

So...I took SAT Subject Tests today and I was as sick as a horse...

Wait, let me move off topic for a moment...why do we say "as sick as a horse" and "as fit as a horse" and they both make sense? So...what ARE horses? The epitome of disease or the epitome of wellness?

Anyway...getting back on track, I took Math Level 1 and Physics. I'm not sure how I did because I couldn't really think straight as I was really really sick. I mean I had the colds, the cough, a slight fever...wah.

So...that's it. Wish me well!

*still nervous bout lumos_sorting- such a NERD*
